President's corner:Updated March 26, 2025 Open Call for Speakers! Are you a dynamic and interesting speaker in the fight against fraud? Do you know someone you can refer? Please email us at events@houstonacfe.org with your speaker proposal or recommendation. Our Conference is October 22-24, 2025, here in Houston at the Norris Conference Center. We had our first 2025 "ACFE on the road" event. Our new outreach director, Bianca Saldierna, presented to the TORCH - Texas Association of Residential Care Homes, regarding scams and elder fraud. Way to go Bianca! Conference planning is underway for October! Please put the dates on your calendar. Come to our in person event, with fabulous lunch and networking, an opportunity for an Ethics credit. Tuesday, April 8, from 8:30 am for breakfast,, 9-2 for training and lunch! Join us!
