Presentation: "Trust Me, I Have Records"

Presentation Description: “Changing one’s perspective may be needed to uncover fraud at a firm. This change involves moving beyond records the perpetrator prepared or controlled to those maintained by an independent third party. Sean and Jeff will describe how large amounts of steel were stolen by a vendor from a plant using falsified receipts. The scheme was uncovered by obtaining the true records from a third party.”
